Process & Ordering
I am an ordinary buyer with no import experience. Can I still use your sourcing service?
Yes. You only need to provide product images or links, together with your basic requirements (size, material, target price, quantity, delivery time). From sourcing, price comparison, sample sealing, inspection and customs declaration to international shipping, everything is managed by us. You do not need to communicate in Chinese or deal with Chinese suppliers directly.
The image is unclear, or I only have a screenshot of a competitor product. Can you still find the goods?
Yes. Rough sketches, reference links and competitor screenshots can all serve as a starting point. The clearer the image (front, side and multi-angle details), the higher the matching accuracy. After receiving your image, we will confirm whether the specifications are complete, and proactively ask you for any missing details to avoid mismatches later.
How long does it take from submitting my request to receiving the goods?
The typical timeline is as follows:
- Requirement response: 1–2 days
- Sourcing and quotation: 1–3 days
- Sample sealing and order placement: 2–5 days (depending on whether samples are mailed)
- Supplier delivery to China warehouse: 2–7 days
- Warehouse inspection and consolidation: 1–3 days
- International shipping: Express 3–8 days / Air 7–15 days / Sea 20–40 days
Can I order just one piece? Do you support single-item dropshipping?
Yes. Whether it is a single-piece dropship order or a bulk purchase of 1,000 pieces, we can handle it. Small orders are usually charged at a lower rate tier, but must meet the minimum service fee.
Cost & Payment
Why is the service fee 2%–10%? How exactly is it determined?
The service fee is assessed on sourcing difficulty, mainly across six dimensions:
- Sourcing difficulty: instantly found by image search vs. non-standard, niche or tooling-required items
- Number of suppliers: single source vs. multi-supplier price comparison
- Degree of customization: none vs. logo / packaging / size customization
- Inspection level: basic QC vs. full inspection / functional testing
- Compliance requirements: ordinary goods vs. CE / FCC / FDA, dangerous goods
- Logistics complexity: small parcel express vs. full container, multi-country clearance, expedited delivery
Besides the service fee, what other costs are there? Are there any hidden charges?
There are three cost categories, marked in three colors on the quotation:
- Green · Actual goods payment: supplier unit price, quantity, domestic freight
- Blue · Sourcing service fee: rate, minimum fee, calculation method
- Yellow · Estimated / reimbursed at actual cost: international freight, duties, inspection fees, demurrage, etc.
What is the payment schedule? How is payment security guaranteed?
Recommended payment schedule:
- Step 1: After confirming the quotation, pay the goods payment plus the service fee deposit
- Step 2: After inspection passes and you confirm, pay the international freight
- Step 3: After confirming receipt, settle the balance or after-sales guarantee fund
How is international freight calculated? When is it paid?
International freight is calculated on actual measured weight and carton dimensions, with the route determined by destination country, cargo attributes (whether it contains batteries / liquids / magnets) and shipping method (express / air / sea / full container). It is usually paid at the end of the mid-stage, before shipment, and belongs to the international leg of the later stage. The final cost is based on actual measurements, refunded or supplemented as needed.
Quality Inspection & Sealed Samples
How do you ensure the goods received match the images? Will the goods differ from the sample?
We control this with a triple mechanism of sealed sample, retained sample and video archive:
- Sealed sample confirmation: extract a bulk sample, provide 360° detail video or mail a sample, both parties sign and seal the sample, in duplicate
- Retained sample comparison: numbered sample cabinet; each bulk batch is inspected against the retained sample
- Warehouse QC: photograph and verify quantity / color / specifications; inspection report and video are shared with you
What does quality inspection include? What is the sampling ratio?
Inspection has four levels, selectable as needed:
- Basic QC: quantity, appearance, photography (low-value standard products)
- Standard QC: sampling no less than 10%, and no fewer than 20 pieces (regular orders)
- In-depth QC: functional testing, dimensional accuracy (electronics, machinery)
- Full inspection: piece-by-piece checking (high-complaint, safety-related goods)
What should I do if there are shortages, wrong items or quality issues?
If problems are found after full inspection on arrival, we immediately coordinate returns, exchanges and replenishment with the stall or supplier on your behalf, with no need for you to get involved. If inspection fails, it is handled per the contract: returns, exchanges and sorting, with cost allocation already clarified in the earlier contract. We provide problem photos, videos and a handling plan in sync, and you decide whether to continue shipping or return after confirming.
Logistics & Compliance
Can you remove the Chinese invoice, or switch to neutral or custom packaging?
Yes. We provide:
- Removal of original Chinese invoices or promotional cards
- Neutral or custom packaging to protect your brand
- Consolidation of multiple items to reduce freight
- FBA prep, labeling, tag replacement, specified carton dimensions
Is the customs declaration legitimate? Will you provide clearance documents?
We declare exports legitimately under general trade, and prepare a full set of clearance documents, including invoice, packing list and bill of lading. We remind you to clear customs before the goods arrive, follow up with feedback after arrival, and assist with after-sales issues. Counterfeit, infringing, prohibited or non-declarable goods are not accepted for legitimate sourcing.
Who bears the duties and taxes?
Duties and taxes collected by the destination country's customs are borne by the customer and fall under the reimbursed-at-actual-cost item in the later stage. We provide an estimate at the quotation stage; the actual amount is subject to customs assessment. We recommend confirming your destination country's import policy, certification requirements and tax-free allowance in advance.
Risk & After-sales
Is there any copyright risk in using competitor images?
Directly copying competitor images for listing carries the risk of infringement complaints. Suggestions:
- Use images within a compliant scope, and make appropriate adjustments when necessary
- Prioritize images you have taken yourself or that are authorized
- Inform us in advance of the sourcing purpose and listing use; we help mitigate risks
What if the supplier is unstable or there are batch color differences?
We maintain a supplier scorecard: Grade A (factory, stable lead time, low complaints), Grade B (trading company, good price, requires sampling), Grade C (new supplier, small trial orders only) and Blacklist (repeated mismatches, delayed lead times). For first-time suppliers, we buy samples to confirm first, and keep physical retained samples and photos as the benchmark for comparing subsequent batches. Normal batch color differences and minor craft variations for in-stock goods are communicated in advance to manage expectations and avoid disputes.
How are international logistics delays, lost parcels or damage handled?
We choose reliable logistics channels and can purchase transport insurance on your behalf. In case of delay, loss or damage, we assist with claims using the waybill and insurance documents. Before signing, please check quantity, appearance and function, and keep unboxing photos and videos for after-sales tracing.
What is the after-sales response mechanism?
We promise: 24-hour response, a solution within 48 hours, and closure within 7 days. After-sales handling follows the contract, retaining inspection reports and logistics documents. Exemptions include destination country duties, force majeure, and issues caused by customer-modified specifications.
How can I know the order progress at any time? Do I need to keep asking?
No need. Each order comes with a milestone dashboard (link or mini-program page):
